Our Story

Tucked in a cosy corner of leafy Rondebosch, you’ll find CRUST bakery, fledgling business of owner and patisserie chef Jamie Tucker. What started as a small home-baking venture in Gqeberha in 2020 has become a local favourite in Cape Town for pastries, breakfast and coffee. It’s been an epic journey, and we can’t wait for what’s next.
